JoycelynnTV is filled with pure entertainment. I promote talented singers on youtube that should be in the lime light. I go by Joycelynn or Joycelynn23 (J23) I like to rap and freestyle from time to time but lately I've been promoting unsigned artists like Skye Townsend, Brandon Hines, Young Jinsu, Dubbz, Left Field, Oisthebest , I was promoting Drake before he was signed (but who didnt know about him?) and many more. i promote talented rap , R&B, pop and hiphop artist who have talent.
