@sekayujora He is Keenan Cahilll a viral internet star. A 15 year old kid from Illinois who got popular by recording home videos while lyp-synching his favourite songs. He looks much younger because he has a rare disease that keeps him growing, amongst other symptoms. Check his wikipedia entry.
