@Phenom69ll Thats why you do a leak test. First should should run the water through your custom loop first without the computer on. That way if there are any leaks, nothing will be short circuited. Then once there are no leaks you are good to go. You should also remember that distilled water does...

I think it looks good overall but I don't like the job he did with the tubing. I admit I am something of a perfectionist but I hate to see it when tubes cross over each other and tubes that are longer than they have to be. Just looks messy to me. One man's opinion though.

@DeViLzzz2006 Well looking at the EK configurator/water block search I would say its a no go. They don't have a full cover block available, only universal. Besides, I don't really think water cooling a 9800 gt is really worth it. I would invest in a new build if possible and then water cool that.

@MrGrandDragon Absolutely. A secondary pump is really only necessary if you want some redundancy just in case one of the pumps breaks down. A single d5 pump should be fine. It will give you the total head you need to maintain a good flow rate through your loop :)
