Nicholas Jerry Jonas got diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in November 2005. With him and his two brothers starting to become successful, they thought this would turn over his career. With the comfort of his family and friends he made the decision this would not get in the way of living his Dream. Nick continued pursuing the long road ahead of him not letting anything slow him down. In March 2007, almost a year after his diagnosis, he publicly announced his diabetes at Carnival For a Cure convention. This statement struck many of his fans deeply. Nick continues to live his life fully helping kids with Diabetes understand that he is there for them. Nick Jonas is my savior, my role model, & my inspiration. He taught me to never give up on the things you love the most, and when youre going through a hard time, stick through it for a little bit longer and everything will be fine.
