Hmm well there seems to be a lot of "walking through the house" scenes that are pretty boring / pointless. And David doesn't seem like the choreographed dance type... Like it takes too long for things to actually happen in the video.

Well it depends on how you look at it but I think it could be about someone just in despair about where they are in their life. Like he says "A city I've never been" so he's in a new place and feeling lost. And "I try to get out but I never will, this traffic is perfectly still". The chorus is someone giving him advice. "When you're older you'll understand" etc. Does that help?
