I am Johnny Maudlin. A Canadian singer-songwriter, eh?

I've been through some changes, learned a thing or two, so I try and tell those stories, in song form. Raised on John, Paul, George, Ringo, Bob Dylan and the Kennedy gang, I'm thankful for those influences and true to those roots, I think.

Now it's time to tell stories that relate to the here and now. The hear and now. So that's what I'll try and do.

Stories about what, you ask? Well, first of all, thanks for asking. Most folks would not have taken the time. We lack curiosity. It is said we should write about that which we "know". So I know about the work-a-day world. I know about getting older in this world. I know about fear, and hope and joy and love and loss.

That's what I write about.
