This is music from Johnny5thWheel&thecowards, an artist from the North-West of England who performs eccentric skiffle-pop; think Scott Walker playing the hatbox, singing songs about bestiality in bullfighters and workaholic chickens. Influences include Tom Waits, Magnetic Fields, Kurt Vonnegut, Outkast, Anthony Newley and the Marx Brothers.

Strange and unusual, Johnny5thWheel&thecowards weave elements of Music Hall, folk, skiffle and swing together with whimsy and the intent of creating a world of it's own.
