Hey, my name is John. I'm 18 and currently living in New Jersey. I always enjoyed poetry and writing. However, I didn't really become a poet, until i read a line in "The Divine Comedy" the line went...'There is no greater sorrow, than to recall happiness in times of misery" This quote, stopped me dead in my tracks, one line became such a huge influence to me. This is due to the fact that I felt such a closeness to it...I related to it. That is all I want to do, write one line, that changes one life, one day. Thank you.
