1x14 Zero ----- Hace tres años, Lex estuvo involucrado en un incidente en Metropolis. Lex llevó a su mejor amiga Amanda a Club Zero, ahí ella encontró a su prometido engañándola. El incidente acabó con un disparo. Se encubrió lo sucedido y ahora, el supuesto muerto, reaparece, secuestra e intenta matar a Lex.
1x15 Nicodemus ----- Jonathan Kent, Lana y Pete son rociados con el veneno de Nicodemus, una extraña flor que desinhibe a las personas afectadas para después hacerlas entrar en un coma irreversible; Jonathan se convierte en un violento, Lana intenta seducir a Clark y Pete trata de asesinar a Lex.
1x16 Stray (Telepatía) ----- Desde que Martha atropellara accidentalmente a un niño que no recuerda nada de su pasado, los Kent lo acogen en su casa mientras buscan a sus familiares más cercanos. El niño, capaz de leer los pensamientos de las personas que le rodean, descubrirá el secreto de Clark pero por aprecio a éste promete que jamás se lo contará a nadie.
1x17 Reaper (El Segador) ----- Después de volver a la vida en el depósito de cadáveres, un hombre afectado por la lluvia de meteoritos visita a las personas enfermas para acabar con sus sufrimientos ya que, con solo tocarlos, quedan reducidos a ceniza. Sabiendo que el padre de Whitney hospitalizado por un infarto, corre peligro, Clark decide intervenir.
