Hi. i own a flying squirell and he seems kind of lonely. i saw one of your videos with a flying squirell on it and i was wondering if your sugar glider and your Flying Squirell get along and if you would recommend me buying a sugar glider as a friend for him. Thanks alot.

If your missing my vids its because ive been working hard on my thesis and when i do make vids its for our website. But if you want to check out the MNRarePets channel there are more and more vids of the babies we are selling, and keeping some;)

I'd LOVE to raise a sugar glider or two, but unfortunately it is illegal to do so in Massachusetts :(
honestly, if I could get my hands on a couple, i'd do it anyway, but most breeders won't sell to people in illegal states.
Because of this, i've been looking into Southern Flying Squirrels, which ARE legal here...however the only source i've been able to find is a breeder in texas who will ship by plane...for an extra $110-150.
because of that, getting ONE squirrel would be 300 bucks just for the actual animal, and then there's all the other materials...I can't do it :(

I own three sugargliders. I had them for a little over a year now. And let me tell you one of them loves Bells.

Well Its been 2 months since I got them and the girl is ok with sitting on my shoulder and stuff and the boy wont at all he gets really jumpy and if I hold him he bites immediatley. But I think they are tasters because I wash my hands with this lemon soap and she starts licking my hand then starts biting. Its near my Cuticles on my hand. Or between my Fore finger and thumb. They just love trying to eat my hand =(
