About Joe Ryder
I listen to tons of music so my songs have a hodgepodge of influences, but if i had to try and pin it down I'd go with folk-rock. I guess I consider my stuff to be on the folkier side of things simply because of the instruments used. Acoustic guitar, violin, banjo, mandolin, and harmonica all play their part in keeping my songs folky. On the other hand, I also incorporate a full drum set along with electric keys and bass which give me more of the full band sound. I wrote most of these songs within weeks of each other so I plan to come up many more in upcoming weeks.
