as of 9/30/10 ALL CHARGES AGAINST RANDALL THAXTON HAS BEEN DROPPED,UNFORTUNATELY THE DOGS WERE KILLED BY THE CHEROKEE COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL BUT NOW RANDALL LAWSUIT STARTS!!!!
