Why not kill the lobsters first? It takes seconds and saves the lobsters a great deal of pain. Yeah, it's "just" a lobster, but causing an animal pain for no reason is just cruel.
And to who said lobsters don't feel pain? Maybe not on the same level as mammals, but they certainly feel pain.

Looks like this was filmed in an aquarium, not diving. No buoyancy issues and not an UW camera, so no housing.
