I am a Florida High School Weightlifting Coach and USAW Regional Coach. I have been involved with weightlifting either as a competitor or coach for over 10 years. I have coached lifters at the state, national, and international level. Weightlifting is at the heart of who I am and what I do. As a coach I always want to provide every opportunity for my athlete's to improve while keeping his or her best interest in mind. I love how Advocare designs their products based on scientific research. They follow all United States Anti-Doping Agency guidelines which is extremely important for my athletes since USA Weightlifting has stringent drug testing. I had heard many great things about Advocare until finally one day I decided to give it a try. I had my best weightlifter try Muscle Fuel and Post Workout Recovery. He immediately loved how he felt during training and he saw gains in his strength within a couple weeks. It did not take long before all of my athletes wanted to start taking Advocare products. I first decided to become an Advocare distributor to provide the best in nutritional supplements to my athletes. Then I realized that I could help even more athletes by distributing to any and all athletes.
