I use an ION Drum Rocker: https://www.drumrocker.com/products/index.php
The ION gives me 0 double hits with fast hit precision. It also gives me customization with the fun of adding cymbals into the mix.
I use a standard Rock Band 1 Pedal with a 1/8" to 1/4" jack so it can plug into my ION. the medal pedal that came with the ION sucks... unless I can replace the spring in it with one from a Rock Band 1 pedal... then it would be much more resistant than it currently is. so for now my Rock Band 1 pedal is customized with a Metal Plate that keeps it from cracking in half like my last pedal lol.

I record with an easycap capture card. Video is ran through the easycap and Audio is ran into my sound card in my PC.
