The Johnson County Museum of History is located at 135 N. Main Street in Franklin, Indiana. We are open Tuesday-Friday 9-4 and Saturdays 10-3. We have four galleries for permanent exhibits, a gallery for rotating exhibits of local art or history, and a large genealogy library with official Johnson County records, as well as free access to Ancestry.com. Admission to the museum and many of our programs is free of charge. We hope you will visit us soon!
