Well, actually chugga you are half right about the AI on the Dragonair. No matter which pokemon you use, it will spam thunderbolt. You just so happened to have Odairu out at the time.

Who else votes that Cell was regenerating the entire time between when Vegeta stopped blasting him and he attacked, because he got the crap beaten out of him?

It seems like the more regenerations The Doctor goes through, the more energy they put out. Makes you wonder how big Matt Smith's (Regeneration 12-13 since David Tennant got 2) is gonna be...isn't thirteen his cap?
