Round 3 of Hermes Franca vs Ferrid Kheder at Xtreme Vale Todo 5 in Costa Rica on December 19th, 2010.
I see they've officially overturned the decision. Should be a win (a nice one over a good guy - something Franca really needed), but at least it isn't a loss. Everyone (with the exception of this rocky31588 character) knows that it is a win.
