@tttoney89 I actually respect alot of metal musicians, that reply was just me being easily trolled haha. It's funny...in the couple of months since I posted that I've gotten back into progressive metal (assuming that's the kind you're referring to) with bands like Protest the Hero and Periphery.

@Kamdonion Also, what makes them a less talented Meshuggah? I know they're influenced by Meshuggah but I think they're ultimately aiming for different things...Periphery is more of a melodic approach vs Meshuggah's rhythmic cacophony (not using that term in a negative light).

I rarely listen to Metal anymore; I guess it was mostly an outlet during junior high when I was really angry and hated my school and classmates, etc.

Life is great now...but when I come back and listen to metal every so often, Lamb of God is the first or second band I listen to...Real American H...
