Welcome to the Yardbirds' "other side"!...

... The side that doesn't debate or argue about who the "best lead guitarist of all time" was (or currently is) among the Yardbirds!...
Merely because I genuinely believe that the "Soul of the Yardies" LIES ELSEWHERE!!!...

So, for those of you who don't know him very well, let's just say that, besides being "your all-time favourite Yardbirds drummer", Jim has been involved in many other projects such as: TOGETHER, RENAISSANCE, SHOOT, ILLUSION, RUTHLESS BLUES, BOX OF FROGS, STAIRWAY, STAIRWAY & STERN, BRITISH INVASION ALL-STARS, TOP TOPHAM BAND, PRETTY THINGS/YARDBIRD BLUES BAND, JIM MCCARTY BAND, MCCARTY/HITE PROJECT, PILGRIM, THE YARDBIRDS EXPERIENCE... (and God knows what else...;-)
... actively being involved in songwriting, singing, performing as an acoustic rhythm guitarist and keyboardist, acting at times as a producer... as well as more recently, launching his own solo career at last!... :-)

Therefore I hope you can all appreciate the fact that he's more than just a "pretty face"!... (although, personally speaking, I don't have any objection to the latter!... ;-) ♥
