My favorite is, without any doubts, JOJ. He is the perfect Phantom with his extraordinaire tenor. My second choice is Karimloo but.. well, I don't like very much (sorry for his fans). Vive le Fantôme (Ainsi que Gaston Leroux et Andrew Lloyd Webber, bien sûr) !
