What's the best way to do ST Hawk/O.Hawk's Typhoon on a analog controller, starting at foward and doing a 360 only works sometimes for me, I can't get the timing down. This method works well with Zangief but he has two more frames before he jumps.

Hey, would you say that for people like Toutanki and K(For a guy that doesn't main Hawk he is damn good, think he mains Boxer though) that ST Hawk/O.Hawk is worse than HDR Hawk because the loop is out.

I think HDR Hawk is better but that's because he has more options and more tools to get in, his normals are O.Hawk, better Tomahawk Buster in terms of priority and knockdown. Safe Dive FTW lol

But for players of high skill with ST Hawk/O.Hawk the loss of the loop might make him weaker in their eyes, even though everything else is buffed.
