@vibratingstring BTW 5/2 is the same as 5/4 so out of 1,2,3,5,7, you get 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12,14,15,16 out of the 15 first harmnics (everything but 11,13). Really, it's prime FACTORS, not only primes... 25/14 is limit 7... (5 X 5 / 7 X 2)

I read 19Tet approximates many harmonic points better than 12Tet, and have heard something pretty close to a 19Tet major chord, which sound great because their thirds and fifths are nearly equally off from the natural harmonic nodes 5/4 and 3/2... If Mr. Rosati would play 10/7+16/9+32/15 or 15/8+...

@JLMoriart personally I find the minor third (so the major sixths too) pretty off in 12-edo. I found out about this major discrepency by merely experimenting with a justly tuned scale where Eb = 6/5 of C and A = 5/3 or C. The main issue about minor harmony is that the harmonics responsible for it...
