Here's I a poem I wrote:

Through all the times we are together,
I learn so much from you.
We laugh, we play, and we work for the good of people under God's kingdom.
You are the tissue in my life that God has blessed me with for my tears.
When I am down, you're heart's broken along side of me.
When I see you and your twinkling smile,
I see the sun, and all my troubles wash away.
Throughout all of our lives we have seen the world and more.
Through all the storms, you race over to me, to hold, and rescue me.

But as we grown up,
we began to split apart,
as if an earthquake as just hit the ground.
And more and more at night I miss you,
and your uplifting words.
As my hands shiver in fear...I can't feel anything.

But I now know that was not you at all.
That was the world and the Prince of Lies crawling deep within my skin.
For I have miss our past encounters.
To point that I have cried myself into a deep sleep.

I realized now though, we must leave each other, for God has sent us both to new places and to new experiences.
But when you are alone, remember God is always with you, and so will I too, my friend.
I will not forget you, for you have never left me before,
or vanished when I needed you.
You are as true as a friend of anyone could ever have.
I don't know if I will ever you see you again...
but Please don't forget the encouraging words I have said.
Don't think other wise of yourself.
And as I am here telling you all of this on my knees...
I don't know if you will ever hear me,
but I will always be here when you call
and I am YOURS.
