Syonide

Syonide are a British Garage Skunk band Situated in a small town called Tewkesbury. Bringing a new edge to Punk music, Syonide may well be the hottest unsigned underground prospect since Blink-182 back in 1994. Starting as a 2 piece back in November 2005, Aaron Hothersall (Vocals and Guitar) and Jez Benns (Drums and Backing Vocals) began playing together to simply pass the time together, they covered all there favorites, including Green Day, Bowling For Soup, Sum 41 and Spunge. In January 2006, Aaron and Jez took it one step further and took on Max "Buggz" Kurton to play bass guitar. Hence Syonide was born. Syonide continued to play covers, and began work on original material at the same time, blending a little Ska into there traditional punk sound. As of July 2006 however, Max Kurton had to leave the band due to moving reasons, and just like that, Syonide are back as a 2 piece. Currently Bassless, Syonide are still as strong as ever, and making an EP that will be released soon.
