I thought the MM10 soundtrack was a bit of a letdown compared to 9's, up until the Wily fortress. Those later stages feature some of the best music in the entire series. Not as consistently good as 9 but like you said; I'll take anything Mega Man related especially when it's as awesome as this.

I can easily see why people think this would be an 'ocean dub', what with their voices featuring in season 1 and 2. But they never dubbed these early seasons. It was all Funimation.

You don't have to take it from me, watch the credits from these seasons and you'll notice a familiar logo.
