Incidentally it seems a bit of a paradox, which may or may not be addressed in-episode. Sherlock is aloof and standoffish with just about everyone, even his own brother, and wouldn't say something as vulnerable as that if he actually didn't consider John a friend.

And I do like how John picks his battles. He doesn't actually refuse to fetch the phone (and cause a petty squabble), but he makes damn sure he does it in a way that's about two degrees removed from actually strangling Sherlock.

Well, 1:30 to 1:36 has to be perhaps the most awkward six seconds of (apparently) children's comedy I've seen in a while. LOL.
