Hey guys, thanks for all the positive feedback, it is appreciated! I will be posting more video and I will be competing at the USAs this year so lots of video to come. My arms are 16.5 inches.

Okay this was last year. Not so lean now, offseason but will start dieting end of March. Never tried the vacuum pose, will try that when I get ready for next show.
