Another 4 pounds lost!

Im still at 135 you guys. Haven't worked out in weeks :(. I had implants put into my jaw. The pain was unbearable...made it impossible to work out. I was living on ramen noodles for a loooong while. All that sodium and carbs had me bloated just in time for Spring Break. No worries though, I got compliments from EVERYONE and I loved every minute of it! Thanks for the best wishes, I will continue to work towards reaching my goal of 115 by Summer. Hope to have videos for you soon! Wish me luck!

Had 4 extractions done yesterday for an orthodontic procedure and have not been able to work out...been put to bed rest! So I have not lost or gained a pound :(.

Today is totally a cheat day! I am having 4 teeth pulled tomorrow for an orthodontic procedure. I am eating all my faves today becasue I will be fasting pretty much for a couple of day thereafter. I am happy with my progress so far...I doubt one day'll hurt...besides it was recommended by my dentist :).

The pounds are dropping faster than I thought it would. I have lost 2 pounds since my last update! I decided to make this a cheat day; ate some of my mom's cooking (watched my portions of course) and still did my regular work outs! My goal for spring break was 125, but if things continue at this rate, I will be aiming for my Summer goal of 115 sooner than later.

HOW I LOSE THE WEIGHT:I hope to put up a video soon, but I want to be sure that it works and wanted to reach my goal first before promoting any kind of weight loss regimen :). I will tell you what i did though to lose the 13 lbs. It may not be for you, but it is very effective for me. This is how I loss the hundred pounds, so I firgured why not give it another shot. Its not easy and I'll try to keep it short:
* I eat once a day: - At night only...any time of night as long as its 2 hours before bed o body needs time to digest the food o as you sleep, metabolism is 0 (not good!) o why not mornings? I hate breakfast! If I eat a meal early in the day, I tend to snack aaaalll throughout the day :(. - RAW fruits and veggies ONLY - Drink nothing but WATER...not even juice.
* My work out schedule: - 1 to 2 hours of biking (I hate running), if you can do it, sub it as the alternative! - I try to do 1 or 2 (preferably 2) videos of P90X; depends on my sched. Its the best!!!
This is what I do to lose weight in a short period of time.
Now, since my summer vacay is MONTHS away, I have time and I am on a healthy high protein, low carb diet. My workout sched remains the same.
Always remember its a combination of diet and exercise that will get you to your desired destination when it comes to your weight loss journey. You cannot lose weight doing one without the other.

My goal is to get down to 125lbs by Spring Break, which is less than two weeks away!!! Starting off, I was at 148lbs. In my first video, I was about 142lbs, but I gained 6 pounds soon after posting it (exams!). I "restarted" my weightloss journey about 2 weeks ago, and today I am proud to say that I have successfully lost 13 pounds during the two week period!!!!
I keep track of my workouts, weight and measurements using the iFitness app, which is amazing by the way!!!
Current: (2/27/2011)

Abdomen: 25"
Arms: 10.2"
Body Fat %: 22.6
Calf: 14" (HUGE!)
Chest: 34"
Hip: 39"
Neck: 12.3"
Thigh: 21" (YAY! Smaller)

I'm super happy with the way things are going. A lifestyle change is necessary for drastic, long lasting results and this is definitely a plan I can stick with for life!!
