As for the pain level, I am only requiring breakthrough pain management, as opposed to 3 years of baseline and breakthrough. Definitely much less pain than prior to the surgery!!! If I try to lift something too heavy, or am up for too long, I pay for it in pain, so I am not yet all the way better...
