I'm a mom, a fitness addict, a fitness instructor, been happily married 16yrs, the sister of fitness celebrity Chalene Johnson, seen in Chalene's workout videos and infomercials, LOVE music, LOVE turbo, LOVE lifting HEAVY weights, KINDA love running.. on a good day, and LOVE to be challenged! I'm currently contemplating my first Triathalon.. hmm, or maybe a DUathalon !

And if you've seen me in the videos.. no, i'm not tall (people always think im like 5'9 !) . I am only 5'5" :)

Although I got my BBA in HR Mgmt and worked in HR 12+ yrs, I never let go of my passion & dream to make a living in fitness and having the flexibility to be with family more, WITHOUT taking a paycut...

But I did NOT want endless hours and promotion as a Personal Trainer, or starting my own gym.. which would mean LIVING there and investing thousands..

All i really wanted to do was talk fitness & nutrition all day and help people discover how good it feels, and how fitness helps in SO MANY aspects of your life. Being fit is more than getting in workouts & burning calories... being fit changes people from the inside out... and the outside in!

So I found that perfect very lucrative stay-at-home business, built it for 2yrs while working fulltime, and was recently able to quit my fulltime job... so yah, i'm a SAHM now!

You don't even know your full potential until you go for it!

Oh, and things i love love love..
chocolate, obviously all things FITNESS, waterskiing, dance, skinny chai latte's, Turbo and Turbo Sport, lifting weights, great buys at Forever21 & Target, spending time w/fam & being on the internet helping people lose weight!
