My church managed to raise over $3000 for tsunami relief...it's not much when looking at the damage but even a little can go a long way. We prayed that we would just be able to reach at least $1000. People in our neighborhood really opened their hearts and gave. I'm glad we did something.

@Jesavae How did you do it? You have to leave your hair twisted for about several hours before actually taking them out. I find that damp, hair with some olive oil or leave in conditioner twisted over night helps define the frizzies. I twist my hair before I got to bed, and untwist in the morning...

Sad that life can't even be respected at the animal level...as humans and more intelligent beings I would think that we would try to make the world a better place to live in, not only for human beings but also for the animals. People are so sickening now and days...

@scarybo9 Yea, I would at least stay up with them until the last moment, or before I turned to make sure they were safe. Once I felt myself losing my humanity, then I would run into the horde of zombies but not while I was still perfectly sane.

@radsecret True that! I take off my ring when I'm with the kids because it does scratch them. It's worse when changing diapers because sometimes you'll get it on their little backs or bottoms. So I always take off my ring when I'm dealing with my kids lol.

I only use tampons during the summer lol. I work at a summer camp and running around with a sweaty, stinky pad and 7 or 10 little girls is not comfortable!

How do you get the top of your natural hair to flatten like that? I'm still transitioning, but I have about an inch of new growth. I've been trimming away at the relaxed ends every other month, just slowly transitioning to a Big Chop. My hair is so tightly coiled and all it does is stick straight...

Seems like a good movie, but its too far fetched for me. From having studied Abraham Lincoln in depth, this movie seems like an insult to the great and troubled man he really was. Not saying its gonna suck, but it's just to "out" there for me.
