@JemaMarterosyan When you first go into the game and it says Make Sims and then there are two other buttons underthat (don't remember what they say), there is an option if you click on the button in the lower left hand side "..." <---that's what it will look like "..." It will have the three dots. Click it and on it will say Edit Town, click on Edit town and you will have the option to place this house on any lot that is big enough. Once you place and position the house it will say back to something (dont remember) at the very top of the screen. Click it and you can create your sims with this house in the town. You can't move in tho immediately since you need enough simoleons and will probably have to use the cheat unless you want to build up the money then move in afterwards.
