i love doing heavy clean squats but if I do it by myself, I'd rather use a smith machine coz Im afraid, i cant make the steps to bring the weight back coz Im too exhausted.

Legs are really an issue 4 me. If Im not hydrated, I lose so much volume to the venous pool in the legs, that I start feeling sick! Refueling keeps the circulation up significantly! Exciting physiology!
