every one of these units is incredibly useful when used with... oh i dunno... say... tactics as opposed to brute force. except the one fat guy with glasses who talks too much. He's useless.

@igotwhips I can tell you arent particularly concerned about tone, because the maple top brightens up the sound of the mahogany considerably. no amount of hardware can do that.

This game always frustrated me because they went away from the traditional Mech names for some reason.

Call me old fashioned, but I wish they would've kept the old mechs.

@Kirok To be honest the list of greatest guitarists ever pretty much has to be anyone who's played with g3 (with a few exceptions). Then the order depends on whether you prefer melodic or speed.

I'm pretty sure the used '95 twin actually winds up FASTER than the new twin. I don't have any hard fast stats to prove it. But I've done both (never at the same time unfortunately) and I vaguely remember the '95 having about 20 more horses.

I noticed you said that you could get the american's customized. How "custom" are we talking? Finishes? Body woods? Neck shapes? Magnetic Pickup types? could i order a V neck with a mahogany body and a maple top and neck?? or could i just order a blue one?

@afrohead80 I assume you mean to ask if there are any differences between the 59 and 89 (seeing as the 69 has single coils) and the answer is yes. the 89 have much higher outputs, whereas the 59 is more mellow.

@dimebagisgod13 it has a driver in the neck that does the work. the bridge pickup is the actual pickup that reads the vibration and makes the signal etc.
