My name's Jayden Raye (first & middle name for the win!), I'm 15, a sophomore in high school, and music is my life, period.
I live in California and enjoy doing basically everything! You could describe me as funny, bubbly, and tall (note: I'm 5'10!). Haha, my friends and family say I'm outgoing, a good listener, and I always stand up for what I believe in.
One thing that really makes me stand out (I've been told) is my personality. I can be really super loud and spirited and just have lots of fun, making everybody smile and laugh, but at the same time, I can be 100% serious & a good listener, somebody you go to when you need advice or help. I can be completely awkward (note that I do say that word a lot!!) ...and sometimes, very rarely, I get shy and quiet. I have promised myself to never give up, even when the going gets rough. Corny as it sounds, that's my rule of life; next to always being faithful and truthful, of course! Haha (:
I have an amazing family who have always been there for me and supported me in everything that I do. My little brother is my Producer - well... he films everything... haha (; - (Gingered Productions...it's not a "real" company.. aha) and I am very thankful to have him. (:
I have been playing guitar since around August of 2009 and also started writing my own music around then. I love coming up with new things to write about; I can be inspired by riding in an airplane to seeing neighborhood kids ride bikes. I'm currently taking a class in my school's advanced art program that teaches us theory for guitar, how to read music and how to play piano. So, once I get a keyboard, you'll see some originals with it, rather than guitar! (:

Some thoughts on the new YouTube Design we'll all be forced to have shortly: No friends? No subscriptions or subscriber lists? Channel comments are 3 full layers away from the actual channel - you need to click on 'feed' then 'view', then 'comments only'? Only 40 channel comments before they just vanish forever? Everyone's channel will look the same? Gray & black with no more than a personal border? It seems like you're trying to get rid of all the ways we have of making ourselves unique - and more importantly - of networking and building a community of friends ... why?

^ I couldn't have said it better!! I agree 100% and think that YouTube shouldn't have changed.
I do not do "sub4sub"... I want people subscribing to my channel for my music; to see me grow with it, not just to have subs. I would rather have 100 people who truly loved my music, than 4,000 who don't really care.
