From Marine to model. What can be said about Jay [Lafray] that hasn't been said a million times before. To read about Jay and all that he's accomplished one would be surprised to find out he's only 30 years old. Growing up in a full house in the Eastern part of the Bay Area, Jay Lafray grew up in a house divided by two different families and that's where he learned the importance of family, hard work, persistence, and integrity. After High School he enrolled with the US Marines and did a tour in Iraq, saying it was truly "a life changing experience". Shortly after his military service, Jay began to pursue modeling which seemed to skyrocket after his first photo shoot. Jay is no stranger to the public eye, being voted one of the top males on Myspace.com by various websites, and one of the Bay Area's known event hosts. Now you can see Jay all around the Myspace/Facebook world and the major event scene around the U.S. as well as the Playboy Mansion.

Practical jokes are a big part of Jay's personality as seen by some of his antics on Facebook & Myspace. "I like to have fun and make people laugh and smile. I believe making someone smile is a very strong and positive thing you can do to a person." Jay Lafray, a former Sergeant in the Marine Corps tells us about the life changing the military can do to a negative person. "Before I had joined the Marines, I was quite the bad individual. My parents were separated and I grew up in a house that was basically divided. I felt as if I had to grow up on my own and I was never around the house. It actually made me into a stronger person and gave me a head start at life in a way, but it wasn't going in the direction I had hoped and so I joined the Marines to get away from the negativity and change myself. I needed to see things from outside the box as they say"

It wasn't until after his military service that Jay Lafray made the choice to pursue modeling.

Putting his dashing Filipino- Italian- French- German-Black- Indian- Spanish and Chinese (yes he is ALL of those) looks to good use, Jay Lafray's popularity continues to grow. Appearing in numerous photo shoots and most recently starring in one of Playboy TV's Hit Reality shows, Jay continues to dazzle amongst the web and television world. You can also catch Jay Hosting many of the events thrown at the Playboy Mansion as well.

With many projects on his plate he still has time to do the things he loves the most, like write music, workout and catch a [San Francisco] 49ers game. Although Jay may have a little less time for all of this with all of his major projects as well as a reality show, Jay continues to keep the world wondering what he may do next.
