Right leg racing the throwing arm...She needs to practice not lifting the back right leg on standing throw...get use to being behind the block and turning in the right foot quickly.

Breaux Greer makes this look so easy, if he had a Nemeth javelin on that throw I think he would had hit 90meters, that Nordic Air Glider javelin turned over way to soon, almost straight up and down on it's landing, that crazys...just saying :)

That a Boy Greer, you know how to work a weightroom...javelin people time to take out your note pads :)

If you would drive up more off the left leg in the switch you wouldn't foul.

Could hit a better "C" position by getting the butt tucked up under the hips.

If Dean could hit a good solid block and hold the plant foot firm as he rides over the left leg he'd hit 70m easy.

Scottsdale Community College in the desert of Arizona is a great place to throw and train javelin...the coach at that college will help any javelin thrower that wants to come and throw.

In this film you can see that he is to open when throwing...touch down of the right foot is at 3:00...this will be tuff to keep his hips ahead of his upper body when he hits the block. On the indoor filming of him throwing the turbo jave he is now turning in the cross over leg with the touch down...

This looks better then the outdoor post (of his throw) you put on the Javelin Discussion Forum...in this film he is now having a better cross over of the right-leg, touch down of the right foot going into the block is pointing at 1:00...in the outdoor throw you put up on the Forum his right foot ...
