brief history of the patient:
On december 31 Danilo (not his real name) met a man on the street offering to have sex with him for a price of P100. He brought the man home and had sex with him but he bruised the man's ego by criticizing the size of his manhood.
Apparently challenged, the man asked Danilo to have sex again and despite his saying "no" continued anyway. Danilo felt a little pain but fell asleep after that.
