Several have asked where and how I get my major knife sharpening done. So here's a preliminary video showing my trusted knife sharpener and re-profiler, John Fitzen in SLC, UT, USA whom I use when I get to SLC. (Razor's Edge ph 801-918-3725). Hopefully you have access to such a skilled and experienced knife maker and sharpener. I can't imagine being a collector and knife user and not having one, unless you have such skill yourself (I don't!). Probably just like your, I can put on a good utility edge on a blade but when I want it done right, done SHARP I seek out John. Sorry for the shakiness of the video in his shop, future ones will be better, but at least this is a good first look at Razor's Edge. Incidentally that big custom bowie John shows us is his TANK model.
