What if I bake chocolate chip cookies and then froze them. Afterwards, defrost them and then mix the cookie mix with the chocolate frosting. I wanted to use the cookies instead of the cake mix. I was going to try to make chocolate chip cookie pops.

I have been working out for 7 weeks using the P90X videos. I haven't lost much weight but I noticed my stomach and love handles are getting firmer. I pulled my back muscle and took 2 weeks off of the exercise program. If you take a few weeks off, does that set you back to the beginning?

Great results! Did it take you a full 90 days to accomplish your goal? I'm doubling up on my workouts just to get to my goal a little faster.

You did an amazing job! How long did it take you to get down to the size you are at now? I'm on day 22 of P90X. I just started incorporating the Brazilian But Lift videos into my workout. I'm seeing a little results, but still waiting patiently for day 90.
