Jer, the ONLY politicians who are willing to sign a pledge are the ones who have no problem being held accountable, which is a rarity as you know.

Hey James, I don't get why folks are so up in arms about this "norquist pledge." What's wrong with ensuring politicians keep their promises to not raise taxes? Even if you are dumb enough to support raising taxes (only ones who support that are the ones who don't pay them or even take their write offs) I think it's great that politicians are willing to sign something they promised anyway which means they could be held accountable should they welch.

BTW. Obama doesn't support tax hikes either. Neither did Clinton.

Exactly. The excuses are hysterical. They cried about Iraq and even Iran. Now suddenly they support war. A certain 275 lb junkie likes to say "if you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything." I simply say those that stand for nothing are nothing.

I give him credit for trying. Rich is a good person but politically he's misguided. Him and uli used to agree a lot but when this guy in the wh shifted, so did he. Unfortunate.

I saw that. Lmfao at that. I see he has a lap dog as well. Lol. The 8% ue he refers to is strictly those who collect benefits. The actual ue is between 15 and 20%. I just skimmed through his comments this time. All he's got is typical pundit talking points. It's not uncommon for them to go crazy when they find someone like me who thinks outside the box. And they can't use their typical "brainwashed republcans" crap on me because I'm not a republican. Lol.

Thanks. Of course they were dismissed. Which is why the liberals left until I wet to bed. Then came back to gang up on Dustin. I don't like Dustin myself but the way they took advantage like that was straight sickening. You can make fun of one's religion one's family, and even one's weight problem but as soon as you question the legitimacy of one's illness they aren't having that. In the words of of a familiar tune.
