About James J Beckham
James J. Beckham has loved being a part of the performing arts for as long as he can remember. Some of his credits include Oklahoma (Marshal Cord Elam), Man of la Mancha, (Inquisitor), Pirates of Penzance (Pirate) and Grease (Ensemble Cast) at the SCCC Performing Arts Center. With Cornerstone Playhouse, he has appeared as Heathersett the Butler in Me and My Girl and in Annie as Bert Healy, Mr. Bundles and Cordell Hull. He was also seen as The Pilot in Ziegler Dance Center's production of The Little Mermaid.James was an extra in a tv show on The Investigation Discovery Channel.
He is also singing his second season with the Sussex County Oratorio Society , where he is a member of the tenor section. This has given him the opportunity to sing with the New Sussex Symphony and the Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey, with whom SCOS has collaborated.
