@letom82 You are putting words in Colin Powell's mouth he never spoke. He was upset with the intelligence reports to which he, Bush, Cheney, Pelosi, Reid, Ms Clinton, Gore, ....all saw. They all saw the British and Russian reports which said the same things. The intel was poor.
