About Me:
My favorite subjects are how to technical works and the history of technology. Social, economic and political history is a hobby that I indulge in along with 'what if" speculation on alternate history. I love freedom, the Consitution and my family and hate bigots who's only purpose is to engender racial, class or religious hatreds.
I am a 100% Jeffersonian Constitutionalist and I believe in individual Rights and Freedom for everyone in the United States of America. Some of you may not know what a Jeffersonian Constitutionalist is, well here is a basic run down:
First, a Jeffersonian does recognise that all political Power resides in the Sovereign Citizens. That each and every one of us is sovereign in our own Right and that our Rights and Freedoms are inherent to us at Birth and not granted by any Earthly authority.
Second, as students of history and human nature, we recognise that True Anarchy, that is being totally without LAW of any kind, is unsupportable. There will always be those who, for what ever reason, desire the power over others and who will seek out to take from them their Sovereign Rights of Property, Life or Freedom. Without LAW, things boil down to Jungle Law where the strongest takes from everyone else.
Because of this, we recognise the compelling need of a BASIC EVIL: Government to enforce LAWS. When ever any group of people come together in any sort of social grouping, we create a very basic unit of Government and subsequent laws. Even a circle of people joining together to play the Game of Bridge can be considered a form of Government and the rules of the Game are the Laws of that government. But here is the Kicker, GOVERNMENTS ARE INHERENTLY EVIL AS THEY ARE INSTRUMENTS OF VIOLENCE AND CAN GROW OUT OF HAND AND FAR BEYOND THEIR ORIGINAL INTENT.
Therefore Jeffersonian style Constitutionalists Declare for the LEAST LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEFENSE OF THE RIGHTS OF AN INDIVIDUAL. The only kind of Government that has ever met this standard is a Constitutional Republic, where the POWER OF THE GOVERNMENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED AND THE RIGHTS OF THE CITIZENS UNDER THAT GOVERNMENT ARE SPELLED OUT.
Creating a Government is an ACT OF VIOLENCE and so is every ACT BY THAT GOVERNMENT. Because in order to enforce those laws necessary to protect the lives, property and Rights of the Citizens, the Government must use Violence or the Threat of Violence. In order for this protedtion to exist; it is necessary for the Sovereign Citizens to temporarily surrender, or "LOAN" if you would rather, part of their Sovereign Authority to the Government that they create to govern themselves. This is the principle of Government by consent of the Governed.
BY PARTICIPATING AND VOTING IN THE POLITICS OF THIS NATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM PARTICIPATING IN AN ACT OF VIOLENCE. I KNOW THAT MY VERY VOTE IS IN EFFECT AUTHORIZING OTHERS TO KILL IN MY NAME AS LONG AS IT IS DONE WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS OF THIS LAND. I RECOGNISE THAT THE GOVERNMNENT HAS BECOME MY SURROGATE AND THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE DAMNED SURE THAT MY SURROGATES ARE NOT MURDERING PEOPLE WRONGFULLY. I KNOW THIS AND I HAVE SERVED IN OUR MILITARY AND WAS WILLING TO ENFORCE THIS COLLECTIVE WILL OF THE AMERICAN CITIZENS PERSONALLY AS LONG AS IT WAS DONE WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
THAT IS WHY I QUESTION AUTHORITY AND DEMAND THAT IT PROVES TO ME THAT IT IS OPERATING WITHIN THE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY THAT I AND EVERY OTHER CITIZEN SINCE THE FOUNDING FATHERS HAVE GRANTED IT. THAT IS WHY I TRY TO WAKE UP THE SHEEPLE WHO VOTE WITHOUT THOUGHT OF WHAT IT IS THAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHAT THE END RESULTS MY BE.
GOVERNMENT CAN BE A VERY USEFUL SERVANT, BUT IT BECOMES A TERRIBLE MASTER. AND FAR TOO MANY IN THIS COUNTRY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS (OR FOR THOSE WHO REFUES TO VOTE, LACK OF ACTION) WHEN IT COMES TO WHO AND WHAT THEY VOTE FOR.
WHEN IT COMES TO REIGNING IN THE OUT OF CONTROL GROWTH OF GOVERNMENTAL POWER AND AUTHORITY, IF YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION, BY DEFAULT YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM BY CONDONING WHAT IS GOING ON.
THIS IS ME, I LIVE, BREATHE AND EXIST TO DEFEND MYSELF, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND MY CONSTITUTIONAL BASED STATE AND NATION SO LONG AS IT DEFENDS THE VERY PEOPLE THAT "LOAN OUT" THEIR SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY TO IT AND IT STAYS WITHING THE LIMITS SET FORTH BY THE CONSITUTION. When it grows beyond those bounds I will do all in my power to return the Government to the role of servant and not master, and I will encourage everyone I meet to do the same.
