@gymparasite sorry to say man but severing the nerve will not stop it it is a sound made within the head there is relief for tinnitus

as far as i know there is no cure for tinnitus but there is relief for all sufferers i myself have it and it affects me mostly at night during the day it tends to focus in my right ear and makes my right ear high pitched ringing and make it feel kind of full or clogged this stuff just start...

lately i have been hearing a high pitched hissing sound like the hissing you get with head phones during the day its not as bad and it ussualy goes into my right ear and sometimes it feels like my ear is plugged but at night i can hear it in both ears its infuriating
