Biceps were a little cooked when I got to this point. Did a lot of big compound movements prior to these two working sets. Still felt great and I...   more

The amount of dedication you have is VERY admirable in both your body building and guitar playing. I've been playing guitar for years now and I am thinking of hitting the gym soon too and you will be a definite source of inspiration. Keep it up and thanks :D

@ wormsinfestedfetus I started training seriously at 16 years old and as time went on I learned more and more about diet, macronutrient-timing, post-workout recovery, etc. Thanks a lot for the support. Support death metal and bodybuilding!!!

Slaughtered, the best routine that I have ever used for bodybuilding is Max-OT Training. It's no bullshit, it fucking works!!! I did it for a couple years and made the best gains ever, but it does catch up to you later on especially if you don't take a week off of training every 8-10 weeks while doing the program. I'm guilty of that because I'm completely addicted to the gym. If you go on AST Sports Science website, it's all right there. I now train outside Max-OT and incorporate much more variety and advanced techniques to keep on growing. It gets harder and harder to put on muscle as time goes on, like in my case I'm into my 12th year and a natural bodybuilder on top of it. The important thing is to never set any limits on what you think you're capable of doing and how you're able to look. Those who drown themselves in negativity are the ones that never succeed. Kinda like my haters all over youtube and in real life. Don't ever be like them!!!

hey i am a powerlifter and i am considering doing bodybuilding because the constant training with high weight is becoming very annoying and putting alot of strain on my body for powerlifting, i was wondering if u can make a video that lists the workouts you do for a normal cycle, im not necisarily looking for anything in particular but just building as much muscle as possible, or atleast like what you feel is a good rep range for most exercises.
