This is what goes through my mind when some women say they want a guy with more meat.

This is how i lost 25 pounds. I'm still losing some weight but some people wanted to know how i did it. Here it is.

I did this for my TV/Video Production class. We had to make our public service announcement exactly either 30seconds or 60seconds.

I am using wallsaver which is a free application that allows you to make any of your screensavers your desktop. Hope you like the video. Enjoy!
