Trained as a nutritionist and personal trainer. A graduate of Physiotherapy at the University of Physical Education in Katowice, a student at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silesian Medical University. A participant in the research in the field of physiotherapy and nutrition (ongoing research on the impact of nutrition (in particular omega-3 fatty acids) and physical activity on the functioning of the cardiovascular system and general health in women at the age of 45 and more). The owner of Jacek Bilczyński Fit & Lifestylecoach company, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
A member of Avangarde Research Group (a group cooperating with the Olimp Labs, whose main aim was to provide accurate and research-based information on supplements and substances used in nutrition supplements, as well as many naturally occurring compounds in the diet).
Due to his interests, a long-time moderator at the biggest sports forum in Poland - SFD. The author of numerous publications on nutrition, supplementations, the methodology of physical activity, as well as self-help articles or popular information and entertainment portals.
Since September 2011, Jacek has worked with EksMagazyn -- a luxury magazine for women -- as a nutritionist and fitness trainer, publishing articles, among others, at Eksmagazyn.pl.
He Also publishes in the Health and Beauty parts of two largest portals in Poland - ONET.PL and INTERIA.PL.
He acts as an expert for one of the largest newspaper in Poland - Gazeta Wyborcza.
Jacek also appears on television. He was a guest of such morning TV shows as "Kawa czy Herbata" on TVP1 and "Pytanie na Śniadanie" on TVP2.
He has appeared in articles published in many European periodicals, such as The Guardian, Le Paris and Der Spiegel.
A lifeguard by avocation, a long-time promoter of health, a coach teaching nutrition, physiotherapy methods to instructors, trainers and people who care for their fitness, as well as a trainer for athletes.
