16 year old rising star, James Waldron (born August 18, 1994), better known by his stage name J The Kidd, is an American rapper from Long Island, New York. There is no denying that he is capable of taking the game into a whole new direction.

Since 2009, he has been constantly flooding the internet scene with his face and music, gaining a solid and substantially large fan base of thousands from all across the world. His first major single, "Hold It Down", is set to be released early 2011 and available for purchase on iTunes.

While still in search of a major label worthy of signing to, he took the independent route working with Miami's own DJ UnReaL under his label UMG (UnReaL Music Group), where he is readying his next major release. His debut mixtape Letter To The Game was released in 2009, doing a little over 200 units in the streets with no extra help. AOS: The Art Of Storytelling was released only six months after.
